WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
Final sale items are marked on product pages and at checkout. These cannot be returned or exchanged.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Email shop@charg1ng.io within 1 hour of placing your order. Once shipped, orders can’t be modified but may be returned per policy.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately with your correct address. If it’s already shipped, carrier address changes may incur fees.
CAN I COMBINE SEPARATE ORDERS?
No, separate orders can’t be combined once placed due to our automated fulfillment process.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking via email. Check spam/promotions if you don’t see it. For updates, email us with your order number.
WILL I PAY CUSTOMS, TAXES, OR DUTIES?
International customers are responsible for any import fees or customs duties assessed by their country.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or honor discounts after an order has been placed.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items are excluded.
